Karen M. Fucillo, Office Manager
Karen is the voice of FAB! In her role as manager of the overall office, Karen has primary responsibility for scheduling, invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and everything else that goes into managing a “small” office. She also is a wonderful “traffic director,” seeing to it that all questions, inquiries and concerns are directed to the most appropriate person.

Richard M. Greenberg, Production Manager
Richard is in charge of all transcript production as well as managing the transcript archives. For transcripts – current or past – Richard is our go-to man.

David A. Arsenault, Owner and Founder
While Karen and Richard manage the day-to-day routine of the office, David is the one to call for technical realtime information, out-of-the-ordinary pricing inquiries, or other reporting-related guidance.
